Our small vacation apartment "Martin" has a kitchen incl. refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster, egg boiler, and much more equipment. Behind it is the bedroom completely paneled in light wood and TV. The bathroom with bathtub and washbasin is separated by a sliding door. On the other side is the separate toilet and next to it is the cozy living room with reclining area (bed for the 3rd person), table and satellite TV. In the garden house you will find the ski boot dryer and the ski safe.

Our vacation apartment "Anja" was renovated in summer/autumn 2019 and now shines in new splendor. There is a cozy bedroom with new box spring bed, wardrobe and flat-sat TV and of course there is free wifi. The bathroom has a very large rain shower, double sink, towels and towel warmer. The toilet is completely separate and has a small sink. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a comfortable sitting area and dining table opposite the kitchenette. The 2nd double bed for the 3rd and 4th person is located by the window - the TV mounted on the ceiling can be turned in both directions. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster, egg boiler, and much more. In the garden house you will find the ski boot dryer and ski safe.

Our cosy holiday flat ‘Tobias’, which will be completely renovated in 2025, is perfect for families or small groups.
The 45 m² flat offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, with a practical and lovingly designed layout.
Relax in our modern holiday apartment thanks to integrated smart home technology from Loxone. From lighting to room temperature, you can adjust everything to suit your personal needs. You can enjoy radio stations from many different countries via the integrated audio player.
Bedroom:
A cosy bedroom with a comfortable (separable) double bed and a practical fold-down bed above it – ideal for a child or an additional person.
Living room/kitchen:
The cosy living room/kitchen is equipped with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an extra bed in no time at all. Above is a fold-down bed that can be folded down as needed to create a bunk bed.
This means that every room offers flexible sleeping options.
Bathroom and toilet:
The flat has a separate bathroom with a modern rain shower, ideal for a pleasant start to the day.
The toilet is also separate, a practical solution, especially when several people are staying.

Our largest apartment, "Alois", is about 95m² and has a bathroom with bath, a sink and a small bedroom for 1 adult (or 2 children) . The spacious living room has a dining area, satellite TV, couch (sofa bed for 6th and 7th person), winter garden with terrace, lawn and access to the garden. The kitchen incl. dishwasher, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster, egg boiler, and much more equipped. Furthermore, there is a bedroom for 2 people with a passage to the master bedroom. The large master bedroom has a separate shower, a TV and a separate toilet. In the garden house you will find the ski boot warmer and the ski safe.
Booking Informations:
Your reservation or booking request is confirmed after you send the deposit to our bank account.
Once we get the deposit you will receive the booking confirmation.
Deposits are deducted as a cancellation fee, except for timely cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival.
For fixed reservations we charge for late arrival, early departure or short-term cancellation, the price of the apartment.
Your appartment will be ready for you from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
We ask you to leave the appartment by 9 am on the day of departure.
For reservations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms are agreed.
We accept cash payments, credit- & debitcards!
No pets are allowed in our appartments, we ask for your understanding!
